Application Process

KAM Properties adheres to all federal, state and local fair housing laws. All information collected is private and for our leasing purposes only.

Please fill the application out completely.

It usually takes three business days to process an application.

KAM Properties management will obtain information and contact the following:

1. Current Credit Report

3. Rental references

4. Salary verification

Security Deposit is due upon approval of application by cash or money order.

First month’s rent is due at lease signing by cash or money order.

All leases have a one year minimum

PET POLICY

We do not accept pets.

Payment Policy

All rent is due on the first day of the month with a grace period until the fifth day of the month. A 10% late fee is added on the fifth day of the month.

If your personal check returns to us as non-sufficient funds you will be charged a $50 fee and will be required to send all future payments online or a mailed money order/cashier check.

Maintenance Issues

If you are a current tenant and have a maintenance issue, please send a text message to the following number:

Give detailed information to include a contact phone number and if you prefer to be at home when the maintenance is performed. You will receive a prompt response during office hours and the next business day if after hours. If you do not receive a response in a timely manner, please resend the text.
